Technical & Production Management
Trained in Theatre - Grown in Events
Definitively a Technology & Technical Production Manager - I have over fifteen years of experience in planning, delivering, and managing high-impact events across various sectors, locations and timelines.
Entering with a strong background in stage management and technical theatre, and maturing in streaming & broadcast for Major Events (the ones leading the news cycle). I am passionate about creating positive experiences for clients, audiences, and teams, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation.
Not every project is headline grabbing - and some of my most valued experiences come from the smallest of projects. Small meetings in a museum? Even theatre in the highlands and islands of Scotland give opportunity to hone in the skills.
I have proven experience working within & leading international teams - travelling across the world. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities - most recently the NEBOSH International General Certificate & Professional Diploma in Risk & Safety Management for Crowd & Events.
Projects
As many in the events industry will understand, confidentiality often means we can’t always talk openly about our work. That can make sharing experience a little challenging, so I’ve brought together a selection of projects from across my career that I’m able to discuss (because I also know that a big question is always, "so what have you worked on?!")
